LONGMONT, CO (January 23rd, 2015) Avery Brewing FC entertained a raucous crowd of 282 fans at Longmont Indoor Soccer on Friday night scoring 12 goals to defeat the Denver Dynamite 12-4.  The win moves the Brewers to 5-0 as they continue to lead the Premier Arena Soccer League - Rocky Mountain Division table.

The Brewers started strongly but couldn't find the back of the net, and it was the Denver Dynamite who took a 1-0 lead 4:10 into the match off of a free kick. This marked the first time Avery has been behind all season.  Man of the Match Ian Marcheschi got the brewers on the board with 6:38 remaining with a sweet first-time finish off of a cross field pass from Corey Cullen.  Ian then scored again with 2:40 left in the quarter off an assist from Kyle Luetkehans.  After Avery gave up another goal off of a free kick, Sawyer Frank scored with 1 minute remaining off a pass from Dan Campbell.

The second quarter saw the Frank / Campbell connection again as this time the goal was scored on a power play.  Sawyer hammered the ball into the roof of the net from a tight angle.  Ian Marcheschi scored with 2:17 remaining in the first half to make it 5-2 heading into the halftime break.  The assist was to Dan Campbell.

In the third quarter Kyle Luetkehans finished a slick series of 1-touch passes with a strong goal.  Dan Campbell recorded another assist and Kevin Haber gets the hockey assist for a smart cross field pass.  Denver Dynamite scored a power play goal with 10:53 remaining in the quarter to make it 6-3.  After that it was all Brewers.

Avery would score the next 6 goals, 4 of them in the third quarter and 2 of them in the 4th quarter.  Corey Cullen started the party with some patient play to dribble the goalkeeper after Josh Bennett split three defenders with a pass.  Edgar Olivas then scored the goal of the night after he received a ball from Corey Cullen, faked a pass with a scissor move, then smashed his patented toe-poke into the top corner.  Justin Geibel then scored off a cross field pass from Tyler Stratford.  Ian Marcheschi scored with seconds left in the 3rd quarter to make it 10-3 heading into the 4th.

In the 4th quarter Corban Sipfle scored an unassisted goal after he beat the keeper on a shot that went off the near wall and he put in his own rebound.  Josh Bennett closed out the scoring for the Brewers after a sweet header assist from Corey Cullen.  Denver Dynamite scored a goal with 10.4 seconds remaining as the game finished 12-4.

Ian Marcheschi scored 4 goals while Dan Campbell had 4 assists.  Corey Cullen scored 1 goal and provided 3 assists.  Sawyer Frank scored 2 goals.  Kyle Luetkehans and Josh Bennett each had 1 goal and 1 assist.  Scoring 1 goal each were Edgar Olivas, Justin Geibel, and Corban Sipfle.  Tyler Stratford and Sean O'Connor each chipped in with 1 assist.

Marc Herzberger played 51 minutes making 10 saves and allowing 3 goals.  Alex Seeley made his debut playing 9 minutes and recording 6 saves allowing 1 goal.
